Wood buffalo small animal hospital is very good with animal and trust worthy, but not have 1 month long wait time, and the appointments themselves take along time! Being more affordable with the food, and to actually be in the appoints with my pets would make it a 5 star. I would recommend this vet and i still continue to go back, but i would love to see some changes.

They have been so responsive to my dogs needs, fielding so many calls and emails about his condition, fitting him in when he needed to be seen etc. A great team!

I've had nothing but great experiences with WBSAH. Every time I've dropped my little puppy off for shots or when he got neutered, they've always provided excellent service. Their love for animals really show. They've been very helpful answering questions and making me feel at ease with procedures to be done. I wholeheartedly trust them with my little one. I'm sad that I'm moving away and that they won't be my puppy's vet forever!

They were quick, caring and very helpful. They answered right away and got me in as soon as possible. My pup was diagnosed, cared for and I was given clear instructions on how to treat her. I was very grateful for their help!

The Vet Tech was very knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Stepanov responded in a timely manner to my additional questions and concerns. They have cared for our pets for 16 years and we are very pleased with the service we receive.
