For close to 40 years, Hay City Projects' renovation contractors have made homes in Olds beautiful on the outside and energy-efficient on the inside. In addition to home exterior touches, like siding, soffits, fascias, metal roofing, windows and doors, we can also build or add to an existing structure.

Hay City Projects' contractors are equipped to install and to replace windows and doors on residential buildings with up to two floors. We also install and replace storefronts designed for small commercial buildings. To better serve our clients, we use products from Supreme Windows (Calgary) Inc. All of our doors and windows come with a 25-year manufacturer warranty.

At Hay City Projects, we design and build sunrooms to fit single family homes of up to two storeys of any size, mobile homes and park model homes. These rooms are designed to enhance the value of a property. It's a cost-effective way to add an addition to a home. We have on hand a variety of energy-efficient glasses to meet your needs, including sun reflecting glass and 3 and 4-season glass that offer different levels of insulation.

To add shade and protection from the snow, Hay City Projects recommends installing a canopy over your deck. We're equipped to set up canopies on single family homes that have up to two storeys. Insulated canopy: a durable 3-inch-thick canopy made of Styrofoam cladding that can protect your patio or deck from hail damage.

All of our exterior sidings come with a 25-year warranty (depending on the type). Hay City Projects' contractors can also handle renovation upgrades and siding repairs on existing homes. Frequently seen on new homes and used for renovation projects, smart trim is a composite that comes primed in different sizes that are placed around windows and doors.
