My fianc and I moved into a new house with no AC or electrical wiring to hook up. Alex was very knowledgable and thorough in explaining what was needed. When our gas fireplace stopped working in the winter we contacted Alex and his team at Carleton Clean Air. He showed up within the hour to check out the situation. Fearing that it was a serious issue and that we may have to replace the unit but I was shocked when Alex told me that nothing needed to be replaced. He just had to service the unit and it was working as good as new. Since our house is baseboard heating throughout we rely on the gas fireplace for continuous heat to maintain the lower half of the house. We were impressed by his knowledge and how professional he was! We would recommend
