We built our music teaching philosophy as a result of many years of training and experience and paying close attention to the recent research conducted in the academic field of music education.

Private Lessons

Learning a musical instrument or singing works best in private lessons where our expert teachers provide you instruction based on your level, learning style, background, and specific technical needs and goals. We also provide online-lessons for students who are not able to attend classes in person.

Suzuki Strings

We provide the lessons for violin, cello, and viola which are not only of the highest standard of music education, filled with joy of music making, and give a solid foundation to musical development of children, teens and adults. All our instructors are professional musicians and dedicated music educators, who enjoy working with kids, teens, and adult students.

Kids' Music

Kids' Music Program at Sarv Music Academy follows the Orff Schulwerk approach and incorporates elements of song, rhythm and movement in a very fun and engaging environment. In each class, children experience music through joyful rhythmic, movement-based, and sung activities using games and stories in small groups.

Sarv Choir

Report

Established in 2013, Sarv Choir is a vibrant, mixed voice community choir dedicated to choral education and excellence. Sarv Choir, directed by Kousha Nakhaei, provides choral and musical rudiments training to its members working with vocal coach Abdolreza Rostamian. Sarv Choir sings a variety of repertoire ranging from Iranian songs to Western classical repertoire, new compositions, and music from around the world.

Ensembles

Report

Many musicians feel that the real joy of music lies in playing in a group or an ensemble. We have several active ensembles at Sarv Music Academy including but not limited to Junior and Intermediate Strings Ensemble, Traditional Iranian Music Ensemble, Setar Ensemble, and Fusion Band. After reaching a certain level of proficiency on their instruments, our student are encouraged to participate in one of our group lessons or ensembles.
