Gender Variance Program
Our Gender Variance Program provides comprehensive medical and psychosocial support for pediatric and adult patients. The pediatric component offers specialized healthcare and family support while the adult program addresses medical transition needs. Both divisions combine clinical expertise with compassionate care to support gender-affirming healthcare journeys.
Team Interdisciplinary Developmental Evaluations
TIDEs program conducts comprehensive evaluations for children with early developmental impairments or neurodevelopmental concerns. Our multidisciplinary team provides thorough assessments to create individualized intervention plans addressing preschool and school-age developmental challenges through coordinated therapeutic approaches.
Pediatric Occupational Therapy

The doctors and other staff are very friendly and helpful but they never pick up my calls and never return my messages, making them nearly impossible to contact for important matters. I've had to show up in person to deal with time-sensitive issues.

Extremely disappointed by their service. Weve been seeing D. Cloutier for years as my daughter has multiple health conditions. All of the sudden she decides to drop our file with no explanation. We sched a phone consult, she didnt call us back. Meraki doesnt even answer the phone. I tried to shed an appointment this year via their website, its been two weeks and I havent heard from them. In times when patients need care the most they just dont care. Im putting a complain through the medical association and to the administration. Dont bother with this office. Look somewhere

People do not answer the phone, they do not return messages. I got my prescription for hormones quickly but (1) they did not know a trans-friendly pharmacy, (2) they did not tell me I could get my injection in the leg or stomach and prescribe the correct needle (3) they did not know a trans-friendly CLSC that could help me.

It's my first connection with this center to reach a specialist. Try to reach the reception more than once in a day, left a message, left an e-mail for a week and a half and no response anywhere.
