What telehealth services do you offer?
We provide telephone consultations for non-emergency symptoms like sore throats, fevers, and cold-like illnesses. Appointments require 24-hour notice with a $50 fee for no-shows or same-day cancellations.
What medical procedures are available?
Our services include minor surgeries (skin excisions, trigger point injections), cosmetic treatments (Botox, mole removal), chronic disease management, immunizations, and specialized forms processing not covered by MSP.
What are your appointment policies?
We book appointments in advance with possible daily limits. Physicians may contact patients within a 3-hour window of scheduled times. Call to confirm availability and check our website for updated schedules.
Do you accept new patients?
We currently accept new patients for telehealth consultations but are not accepting patients seeking ongoing family doctor relationships at this time. Please call for current availability.

My grandma went in to see Dr nasibi who is her new family dr... and another Dr hijacked her visit!! F that she needed to see her family Dr!!!

I honestly don't understand all these bad reviews. I been going to Dr Cheah ever since I was a child and always had a good experience. He is the best. The front desk staff are really nice and welcoming. Sure they get super busy but it's like that in most doctor offices.

Been trying to call to cancel an appointment and I can never reach the receptionist, the message is always "call back at a later time." I happened to finally reach them on the day of the appointment to cancel. it only took about 10 of those messages . and they're still charging the $35 last minute cancelation fee although I've been trying to call. I understand why this policy is here for a reason but is it the patient's fault that they couldn't cancel an appointment 24hrs before an appointment if they can't even reach the front desk. Front desk is below average and I've never seen any doctor charge $25 for writing a one sentence doctor's note. Unbelievable!!
