Intake forms are provided below to bring to your initial visit. If you would prefer we provide them to you in person, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. A referral is not necessary but is appreciated. This virtual dispensary allows us to prescribe our patients professional health products online and have them shipped to you within 3-5 days.

Licensed naturopathic doctors are primary care providers who seek out the underlying causes of disease and treat on an individual basis to restore health. Naturopathic medicine offers a wide range of treatment options and preventative strategies based on both traditional and modern medical knowledge.

Dr. Matt completed his undergraduate degree in Life Sciences with Honours at Queen's University with a focus in immunology and proceeded to graduate from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. He has additional certification to perform intravenous therapy, intravenous chelation therapy, local regional hyperthermia, and prolotherapy.

We are a clinic focused on naturopathic family medicine and oncology care. Our staff includes two naturopathic doctors, a hyperthermia technician, and a receptionist. Our clinic is comprised of a reception area, three naturopathic consult/treatment rooms, a hyperthermia treatment room, and an IV suite.

Clinical nutrition includes the dietary and nutritional aspects of one's health and how they relate to your symptom picture. We work with you to tweak or revamp your diet in a realistic and progressional way and add in supplementation if needed. The use of plant based medicinals in various forms and combinations for prevention and treatment.
