Our emphasis has been developing NCCP and sports science for taekwondo to enhance training. We changed the name to Mississauga Taekwondo to match our web address. I watched my son get better and better and after many years, I found the courage to start training myself. Now I feel good every time I take class.

These martial art classes are geared to teaching Agility, Balance, Co-ordination and FUNdamentals in a supportive environment with master instructors. In addition, we emphasize suppleness and speed using optimal training zone concepts from our LTAD guide. We use BOSU balancers, Thera-band exercise balls and other equipment to give extra challenges to these students.
