Infrared Detection
Using FLIR infrared technology, we detect hidden problems in walls, ceilings, and mechanical systems. This non-invasive method identifies heat loss patterns, moisture intrusion, and electrical hotspots that traditional inspections might miss. Findings are integrated into our detailed inspection reports with explanatory imagery.
Ongoing Consulting
We provide lifetime post-inspection support for property-related questions. Clients receive unlimited phone/email consultations about report findings, maintenance concerns, or future home improvements. This service ensures continued value beyond the initial inspection process.
Sample Reports

Derek at Chekmark has performed the inspections for my last two home purchases here in Kelowna and he is always thorough and provides a great overview of the homes including what to look out for and what will need attention.
