They were able to send someone on the same day. Our controller was Raja. He was attentive to all we had asked him to do and made sure to do what we had asked. I think what I appreciate most about Raja is that he was honest about what he found. He didn't try to fool us into thinking our house needed more expensive extermination, he was honest and said it was not that bad and a spray is all we need. He was also very professional and offered useful advice. Would definitely recommend Raja.

Raja was excellent and courteous. Arrived at our house to take care of our flea problem! Asked questions and listened to our concerns. The day I called I was able to set up an appointment for the following morning which was the best. Everything went smooth from start to finish. Would recommend to everyone needing pests removed. The entire experience was hassle free and without hiccups from booking to the extermination service. Afterwards I was given a FAQ sheet to answer typical questions and what to expect. We are very happy with our experience and would gladly recommend Quest to anybody.
