Professional Self Defense

Our group is passionate about self-defence and seeing our members grow, both as people and as martial artists. We are advocates for safety awareness and provide a community for developing self-defence skills. Our dojo has operated in Victoria since 1992 and is conveniently located in the downtown core within walking distance of many major bus routes.

The studio has study areas, multiple change-rooms and washrooms, as well as a dedicated exercise area. Our dojo focuses on providing a welcoming community and a safe location to improve and develop your skills, self-confidence and fitness. Our community spans all ages, from 7-70+. We look forward to welcoming you into our family.
