Place is ok. Staff are ok. Experience ok. But product that we bought is very disappointing. Avoid getting loose lay vinyl plank. Its garbage. Gaps showing up, cracks forming and scratches very easily. We followed instructions. Installed it exactly as we were instructed. We asked all kinds of questions about it and were worried about these issues. We were told it wont do this. Only in extreme temperature changes. Well, our house is pretty much always low 20s. They said they would take back unused items but, that still leaves us with flooring we hate in the rest of the house and out our

For example, they gave me a price and I hadn't even picked out which product I wanted installed. Their final price was almost 2x the next quote I received.
Finally, the videos they have posted on their website don't instill confidence in their ability as a professional flooring installer. I would recommend those come down. I appreciate the

Discovered they charged my grandparents over $8000 to do a loose lay lvp. As professionals you should know this product should be glued down. Instead you rip off your customers and charge glue down rates for loose lay installation with gaps all over the place.
