They changed everything now it's so artificial and ordinary! The cheese balls used to be amazing but the bland spread they replaced it with is gross and flavorless! I was excited to have my cheese, meat, and crackers but not now. the meat was so over processed! I will never go back!

I bought 10 of their Turkey Summer Sausage @ $10.00 each so $100 worth. When you bite in to it, it has no flavor. I contacted Hickory Farms Canada and told them how dissatisfied I was with the product and got… a form email with no gesture of compensation. But hoping I'll go spend more money there so they can serve me better. Horrible customer service. If you're a fan of the Turkey Summer Sausage don't waste your money. it's not the same as it used to be.

Love Hickory Farms products and services. Been going there for years during the holidays and ordering online. Amazing gift ideas not only for the holidays but also for camping, Hiking, or just lounging at home playing video games. The cheeses and sausages are a great compliment to a glass of wine, and the variety they have at the stores from… farmers And artisans across Canada are worth going into the store to purchase these items. In addition to supporting locals and farmers from our own backyard, when you go into the stores your also helping the workers at Hickory Farms that are seasonally
