Services
Carpet Cleaning
Our professional carpet cleaning removes deep-seated dirt, allergens, and stains using truck-mounted equipment and eco-friendly solutions. This service extends carpet lifespan, improves indoor air quality, and restores appearance. Ideal for homes and businesses in Calgary's climate, it addresses high-traffic wear and seasonal dirt buildup while maintaining manufacturer warranties through certified techniques.
Furnace & Duct Cleaning
Comprehensive HVAC system cleaning eliminates dust, mold, and debris from furnaces and ducts, enhancing airflow efficiency and reducing energy costs. Our technicians use industrial-grade tools to clean coils, vents, and HRVs, directly addressing Calgary's indoor air quality challenges. This service lowers allergy risks and ensures optimal heating performance during winter months.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
Specialized dryer vent cleaning removes lint buildup that poses fire hazards and reduces appliance efficiency. Using rotary brushes and high-powered vacuums, we clear ductwork from appliance to exterior vents. This Calgary-specific service addresses humidity fluctuations and prevents costly repairs while improving drying times and energy consumption.
Tile & Grout Cleaning
High-pressure steam cleaning restores tile surfaces and grout lines, removing years of embedded grime. Our process includes sealing options to protect against future staining, particularly beneficial for Calgary's high-traffic areas. This service revitalizes ceramic and natural stone floors without abrasive chemicals, maintaining surface integrity.
Odor Elimination
Advanced biocide treatments neutralize persistent odors from pets, smoke, or moisture at their source rather than masking them. Applied during deep cleaning sessions, this Calgary-tailored service targets organic compounds in carpets and HVAC systems, creating healthier living environments through complete microbial breakdown.
Questions
How often should Calgary homeowners schedule professional carpet cleaning?
Every 12-18 months for most homes, or every 6-12 months for properties with pets, children, or allergy sufferers. Calgary's climate accelerates dirt accumulation from seasonal changes.
What distinguishes your duct cleaning from competitors?
We use industrial-grade rotary whips and document results with before/after photos. Our technicians clean entire HVAC systems including AC coils and HRVs, not just accessible vents.
Do you offer after-hours service for commercial clients?
Yes, we provide flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends to accommodate business operations without disruption to Calgary commercial clients.
Can professional cleaning remove pet urine odors?
Our specialized treatments neutralize organic compounds causing pet odors at the source, achieving 95%+ success rates even with chronic staining issues.
How long does furnace cleaning take?
Complete HVAC system cleaning typically requires 2-3 hours depending on system complexity and last cleaning interval, using equipment that reaches all Calgary home configurations.
Are your cleaning products safe for children and pets?
We exclusively use non-toxic, biodegradable solutions that leave no harmful residues, ensuring immediate safety for families and animals in Calgary homes.

We experienced a dog/carpet disaster this weekend. Big Ben's staff members Josh and Zolton worked diligently to do everything they could to try and save our hall and stair carpets. We are very appreciative of their efforts and fitting our house emergency into their very busy week. Thank you so much for your hard work! These are the folks to call when life throws you a very big carpet surprise!

Very respinsive to hiring them to do final cleaning of carpets before new owners took possession of home we sold. Showed up on time and made good suggestions on services needed. Work was done throughly and kept us informed as to when they were finished. I am extremely satisfied with the work done and would highly recommend this company to anyone that is looking for a cleaning company!

This is the second time we’ve used Big Ben. They were very professional at the time of booking and at the time of our service. The service technician was upfront with us regarding our cloth dining chairs, stating he likely wouldn’t be able to clean them to my satisfaction due to the type of material and advanced staining. He actually cleaned… one of the chairs, free of charge, so that I could see the poor result. Very high service standards and excellent workmanship describe this company completely. We will continue use Big Ben for future cleaning requirements because quite simply
