With four spacious studios and over 80 weekly classes, we offer comprehensive training in eight dance styles for students aged 18 months to 18 years. Tammy Tropeau
Owner and Director
Tammy founded Studio One after graduating from The National Ballet School in Toronto. With Cecchetti and ISTD certifications, she brings 25+ years of professional dance experience to her leadership role while maintaining active involvement in teaching and choreography.
Shauna Engdahl
Dance Instructor
Shauna has taught at Studio One since 1999 after competing nationally and earning her BCOMM degree. She specializes in early childhood ballet education, combining technical training with creative play to develop young dancers' foundational skills.
Laura Cey
Dance Instructor
Laura's professional dance career included international performances with Bollywood stars before returning to Studio One as an instructor. She combines her kinesiology expertise with performance experience to teach technique and injury prevention to advanced students.
Nicholas Turuk
