Prior to purchasing a condo, I hired Alberta Property Inspection Ltd. to inspect the unit. Chris Bottriell was the Inspector who took me through the condo. The first thing I noticed was that he was early for our appointment, well groomed, and had quite a bit of equipment with him for this inspection. The inspection took a good 2.5 hours to complete, and I must say, I learned a tremendous amount about the building, which was very valuable.
