I have been attending Fifth Avenue dental with my family since 2015. Dr. Kostyk and her team always do such an above and beyond job. I have also had braces as an adult through the clinic - I had some anxiety through the process and Dr. Kostyk and her team were extremely professional throughout. Im very happy with my new smile. I would highly recommend Fifth Ave dental.

Dr. Kostyk and the "staff" are friendly, courteous and welcoming which makes all the difference to a tense, white knuckled patient like me. Added to that, they do "great" work!!!
