To stay in shape we train a variety of combat styles, we are not professional fighters. We are parents, professionals, old and young people who enjoy grappling and combat sports! Striking training is based on Muay Thai or Thai boxing. This discipline is known as the "Art of Eight Limbs" because it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees and shins.

Grappling, a combination of wrestling, Judo and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. We primarily follow the Gracie Combatives curriculum as a base on the ground, a combination of Judo and wrestling techniques standing. Getting in shape and doing it in a fun and safe way is priority number one in this program, week over week we strive to improve our cardio by breathing properly and moving efficiently.
