Recreational and Sporting Activities

There are known risks to recreational activities, team sports and individual sports. Injuries to participants are common, however, if an injury results from another player's deliberate intent to injure or another player's actions are outside of what is considered normal play or an expected risk of the game, then the injured player may be entitled to compensation.
