Gary Russell regularly advises and represents clients in a variety of matters involving real estate, end of life planning including preparing wills, powers of attorney, and representation agreements, as well as preparing committee applications and providing executor services. Gary works out of both the Qualicum Beach and Port Alberni law offices.

Ryan grew up in the picturesque town of Canmore, Alberta nestled in the Canadian Rockies. Ryan graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Simon Fraser University in Burnaby, BC and completed his Juris Doctor at Western University in London, Ontario.
Prior to joining Marshall & Lamperson, Ryan worked in the oil & gas industry for international companies where he lived and worked around the world in such places as Houston, Perth, Saudi Arabia and Iraq.

Michael Schryver

Michael Schryver is originally from North Vancouver, where he lived and worked in construction and later in sales. Upon deciding to pursue a career in law, he studied Classics at Memorial University of Newfoundland, and attended law school at the University of Victoria. Prior to joining Marshall & Lamperson, Michael worked for a civil litigation firm in Victoria, where he also sat as a volunteer director of a local non-profit society.
