I've stayed at the Prince on two occasions. Staff/management are great. Friendly and accommodating.
Rooms, although in need of some upgrades, I found they certainly do their best to keep things clean and orderly. Neighborhood has a reputation, so beware. That said, I had zero problems while there.

This place was the last stop on a long trip, when we arrived they gave us a little paper bag with a juice box and a water bottle at this moment they hit the nail on the head. The owners run a tight ship and have to , to be able to keep the peace around the hotel. It was quite pretty clean a bit older nothing fancy but warm dry safe and available. They is a skinny back yard fenced for dogs to run as it is pet friendly. Thanks

Receptionist was very friendly, polite and helpful. Even provided us a free gift on check in! Can't believe some of the previous reviews, seems like racists being antagonistic to someone learning a new language. Definitely recommend staying here for a good affordable night's sleep.

They went out of their way to learn of my concerns (I was traveling with exposed boxes and goods from my recent move) then eliminated said concerns IMMEDIATELY upon my arrival without me asking about it or even explaining my situation again. A note about the neighborhood...my personal items left over from a house sale were in the open box of my truck stacked over the bed rails and I didn't have a single missing snow flake in the morning let alone any personal belongings. I really felt welcome, secure and valued :) I suggest the faceless hotel giants could take some notes. Or I'll
