Our vertical machining center accommodates parts up to 84" in length with 30" of head space, while our turning center handles 3.5" spindle bore components. We maintain official operating hours of 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, though our team often extends beyond these times to meet client needs. Laser Cutting
Our laser cutting service utilizes focused light beams for precise thermal cutting of steel components. This technology enables clean, accurate cuts in materials requiring tight tolerances. The process maintains dimensional stability while minimizing material distortion, making it ideal for complex geometries and detailed work in both prototype and production runs.
Waterjet Cutting
We offer waterjet cutting capable of handling materials up to 8" thick with tolerances as tight as 0.005". Our three high-pressure Flow waterjets with five cutting heads deliver precision for demanding applications. This cold-cutting process preserves material integrity while accommodating diverse shapes and sizes for industrial components.
Plasma Cutting
Our plasma cutting system handles plates up to 1.5" thick using a 260-amp Hypertherm system on a 6' x 20' table. This high-speed process efficiently produces structural components like base plates, end caps, and lifting lugs. We offer part marking services through machine etching or manual application for traceability.
CNC Machining
Our vertical machining center features an 84" bed with 30" head space, complemented by a turning center with 3.5" spindle bore. These CNC machines support complex component manufacturing with tight tolerances. The equipment expands our capabilities for producing precision parts requiring milling, drilling, and turning operations.
Welding & Fabrication
