Services
Piano Lessons
Our piano program introduces students to classical and modern techniques through a step-by-step curriculum. Beginners start playing melodies immediately while developing rhythm and sight-reading skills. Regular performances and Royal Conservatory exam preparation help track progress. Students also gain ensemble experience through group sessions and our rockband program.
Guitar Lessons
We teach acoustic and electric guitar using a blend of traditional methods and contemporary rock/jazz styles. Students learn chord progressions, music theory, and popular songs of their choice. The curriculum includes solo performances, band participation, and competition preparation to build technical proficiency and stage confidence.
Rockband Program
This 25-year-old program pairs students with peers to form rock bands. Under instructor guidance, groups learn two songs over several months before performing live. The experience covers rehearsal techniques, stage presence, and collaborative musicianship, culminating in concert or competition performances that simulate real-world ensemble dynamics.
Online Lessons
Our online platform delivers interactive lessons for all instruments, accessible from anywhere globally. This option suits travelers or those unable to visit our studio, maintaining the same personalized one-on-one instruction as in-person sessions. A free trial is available to test this flexible learning format.
Pre-School Lessons
Designed for ages 4-6, 'My First Piano Adventures' builds foundational skills through weekly concept-based lessons. Activities focus on finger strength, note recognition, rhythm, and dynamics in a playful, engaging format. The Brampton Academy of Music had been my starting point in my music journey and 4 years later the skill set that I have gained from this wonderful and welcoming facility has inspired me to continue my music journey and become a music teacher myself.

Horrible front desk service....no courtesy... no respect for Customers. very irresponsible and absolutely no commitment towards service. they cannot do simple task of booking student class timing and they dont hesitate to lie either.. stay away from this place

Im so glad I came here for piano lessons! The teachers are so friendly and warm. They take the time to help you work through every little problem you may have when learning either piano, vocal, guitar, drums, etc. I myself, have taken piano and vocals and Im very happy with everything Ive experienced at the Academy of Music. Everyone is so warm and welcoming, and it is a great place to be! Im so happy that Ive chosen this place to enhanced my skills in music!!
