We are a GC and we have been using Bone Dry (and etch-crete) for about 4 years. It's the best product we have ever heard of and used for a moisture barrier! We order and receive the product within about a week, it has a great shelf life and it's easy to apply. Definitely recommend it!

Bone Dry customer service is awesome. Unfortunately, my product outcome was not favorable. As a result, Bone Dry stepped up and gave me a full refund. I would consider Bone Dry products in the future.
