It was impossible to get a return call from Vince despite texting, email, and voicemail. Finally, a few days later he called back to say that he is going to deliver my wheelchair Thrusday afternoon. It is now 6:20 PM on Thursday and still no sign of him or even letting me know what is going on despite text and calls and even a follow up from Joyce, who was very nice about it. Disabled people deserve better treatment from Access Abilities.

Marione is fantastic. So knowledgable and very informative on explaining the machine. The ability to use the CPAP device on a trial basis is very helpful. I would highly recommend this company and Marione if you need a CPAP machine. Looking forward to the results in the next few weeks.

After Shoppers screwed up my bed order for the next day when my 90 year old mother was coming home, I was left scrambling. Access Abilities made sure my mother had a bed, and installed, in her room with in 12 hrs. They were a life saver.
