Sweepscience is the leader in todays current era of modern Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Our universally different approach to training is unlike any martial arts program in Saskatchewan. Jiu-Jitsu builds confidence and teaches kids how to truly defend themselves. We prepare them with the skills necessary to protect themselves and develop confidence in a fun, goal setting environment.

Jiu-Jitsu is marketed as 'the martial art for a weaker student to defeat a stronger assailant' and we welcome you to learn along side the team who is delivering on that promise. Sweepscience was created with the intention to mirror the elite training we were traveling the world to experience. Jiu-Jitsu is an effective, complex martial art but it can be learned quickly if taught correctly and safe to competitively enjoy with the right coaching.

Sweepscience is a Jiu-Jitsu school based in Regina Saskatchewan, founded in 2016 with the intention to mirror the elite training we were missing from home and traveling the world to experience. Through training in and building relationships with some of the best schools in the United States, Europe and Canada, we learned what works and does not; we kept what was useful and discarded the excess.

Jiu-Jitsu teaches kids who are smaller or weaker to defend themselves against a larger, stronger assailant. Our students understand that the first choice is to avoid conflict all together and we prepare them with the skills necessary to protect themselves in a fun, goal driven, confidence building environment.
