Tom inspected my home before purchase. He was very organized, detailed and took the time to explain things very clearly. I so appreciated understanding what the issues were and what needed to be done. It was easy to trust his knowledge, wisdom and skill set. This guy is simply incredible. Performed a perfect home inspection when I bought my house 4 years ago. Now he helped me out instantly with a little issue that came up at that house recently. Tom is accomplished, knowledgeable, approachable, helpful and highly reliable. If you are looking for a decent building inspector on the Coast for whom his profession is not merely a "job" - dont look any further, you wont find a better one.
