Disappointed overall. The braces were badly made from the beginning and very difficult to fix. They just hand you to whoever is working that day, no consistency and no ability to deal with issues because of that. They all have their own ideas. Very unprofessional to switch orthotists like that. Also they call you early the day before to remind you of appointments which I found pretty obnoxious. - to respond to reply - I don't know your technical terms for the 3D modelling - I'll use "badly made". I believe I have the right to an anonymous review as I do not want any direct conflict. This is a competitive

The secretarial staff and technicians are very unprofessional, they rushed my dad in and out leaving him uncomfortable and in pain with a extensive bill at the end. They dont bother even to phone me back after I contacted them. I had a very bad experience there.

My name is Kathy and a few years ago, prior to my knee replacement surgery, I got a custom made knee brace from Cascade. I was very satisfied with the brace, the service and follow up. I would definitely recommend Cascade to others.
