Who knew Waterdown Collision did vehicle detailing!?! Had my vehicle detailed and it looks like brand new! Had body work done on my mini van through my insurance company. Waterdown collision handled everything with my. insurance company. Which was great not having to do it myself. They even arranged for a rental vehicle to be there for me when I dropped off my van.
Great service, friendly staff. Ramano handled my claim and he was fantastic and very knowledgeable! My van was ready when they said it would be also. When it was time to pick up my van i had a pleasant surprise; the interior, exterior and wheels were cleaned, detailed and washed! The staff were friendly, their repair estimate was accurate and reasonable and there was no estimate creep.
