The closest TTC station to our clinic is St. Clair Station. Upon exiting to street level, look for the Deer Park branch of the Toronto Public Library - we are 2 buildings east of this, across from the Sobey's and the Canada Post. The medical clinic is located on the second floor above the florist shop, north side of the street.

The physician offers patients the opportunity to communicate by email. Transmitting patient information poses several risks of which the patient should be aware. The patient should not agree to communicate with the physician via email without understanding and accepting these risks. Employers and online services may have a legal right to inspect and keep emails that pass through their system.

Botox has been on the market for over 30 years for the treatment of numerous medical conditions. It was approved for cosmetic purposes 20 years ago. There has been extensive research done with respect to its multiple uses, effectiveness and long safety profile. Dr. Joanne Cohen has been performing botox treatments since it came to market in Canada in 2002.

While most medical services are covered by OHIP, some are not. The following is a list of the uninsured services that we provide that are not covered by the Ministry of Health. Each year, we offer you the option to pay an annual fee for the uninsured services that you may require. If you wish to pay an annual fee, please inquire at the front desk.
