In 2004, Jack & Lily founder Brenda Buell was pregnant with her second child and still couldn't find a quality pair of shoes for her little one, so she started sewing her own. Brenda knew that children deserve better when it came to having shoes that supported healthy growing feet and that parents deserve high-quality products at honest prices.

Your baby's feet are constantly developing and growing, so it's important to buy shoes that are flexible, comfortable and supportive. Before choosing a new pair of shoes, the first thing to check is the size of those little feet! Stand your baby barefoot on a piece of paper and use a marker to gently trace around each foot.

Most international shipments are delivered within 1-2 weeks, however it can take up to 4 weeks depending on the destination. We are happy to offer an exchange or a refund for items purchased from our website within 60 days, unworn, and in their original boxes. We gladly accept returns or exchanges on sale items.

We have always considered our role in the community important and necessary. Making a conscious effort to give back, especially to those who support the children and families of our community, has always meant the world to us.

Every year, Jack & Lily donates shoes, boots & moccasins for babies and toddlers in support of local schools, community service groups and non-profit organizations including BabyGoRound, Music Heals, the Canadian Diabetes Association, the Crisis Pregnancy Centre, and Ruben's Shoes.
