Technician Val was super helpful and he did recommend everything that will help to maintain the equipment clean and longer life. He also helped to advised what to do in case of emergency flood or any other issue. Moreover he went above and beyond to install by removing anything in path and installed in proper place with permission. He kept the place clean and tide and left the home lean and also took extra small left over garbage. Love to suggest him to my family and friends for any HVAC need. .

Smile fixed our furnace the next day. Chris J had the switch in his truck with him. Turns out the batch of switches he was given were bad, and it quit after 2 weeks. Well I called, Chris came back and replaced it with a good one in less than 10 minutes. Chris is awesome, fast, friendly, super knowledgeable and experienced. Smile is a great company and everyone has been very friendly. They have fast response times and do great work.

This is a very good company do not hesitate if you are shopping around for anything related to HVAC. Punctual, polite, courteous from quote to installation very professional explained every step along the way and answered every question we had. "Kyle from Smile", was pleasant, professional, prompt, and very knowledgeable. He was honest about the fact that a humidifier would not be able to fit on my furnace; other companies would have done the job in a slovenly manner just to make money. He cleaned and maintained my furnace, let me know exactly what he was doing during the process. Smile HVAC is an trustworthy and professional company that I will definitely be using again.

Newly installed ac unit stopped working and previous installer was unavailable to return to fix the problem. When I reached out to Smile HVAC they were professional from the start. I was very appreciative of their kindness over the phone, asking the right questions and being able to fit me in the next day during 40 degrees weather.
