Cressey has the most terrible quality of build out of all of the projects I have purchased. They rush to obtain occupancy permit and they set completion date prior to completing all the final details of their project. The quality and finishings are absolutely terrible, with incomplete culking, flimsy countertops, dirty carpets, broken shelvings, malfunctioning locks.. You name it. Their admin staff responsible for paper works are almost impossible to find. They are very slow and inefficient. Their sales associates are full of lies and inaccurate information. I will never buy a single Cressey project
