Services
Physiotherapy
Our physiotherapy services address musculoskeletal conditions through movement-based interventions. Licensed therapists conduct comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that restore mobility and reduce pain. Treatment combines manual techniques, therapeutic modalities, and exercise prescription for pre/post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain management, and sports injury recovery.
Functional Dry Needling
This technique treats myofascial pain using thin needles to target trigger points in muscles. Effective for chronic pain conditions, sports injuries, and repetitive strain injuries, it improves flexibility and range of motion by releasing muscle tension and promoting natural healing processes in affected soft tissues.
Pelvic Floor Rehab
Specialized treatment for pelvic floor dysfunction addresses urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, and postpartum recovery. Therapists use manual techniques and exercise programs to strengthen or relax pelvic muscles, treating conditions like organ prolapse and diastasis recti while improving overall pelvic health and function.
Spinal Decompression
Advanced spinal decompression uses computer-controlled traction to relieve disc herniations and nerve compression. This non-surgical treatment reduces pressure on intervertebral discs, alleviates back pain, and improves circulation through customized treatment parameters adjusted for patient comfort and condition specifics.
Massage Therapy
Customized massage treatments address muscle tension and promote recovery through various techniques including deep tissue work and cupping therapy. Sessions improve circulation, reduce stress, and treat sports injuries while incorporating client-specific needs for both acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions.

I just loved this place! You walk in and its clean and smells great, the staff are responsive and energetic. Theyre nice and helpful. My massage therapist Carly is brilliant, she listens to what you are saying and she asks you lots of questions. Questions that you wouldnt think of to ask and they make sense to ask. Good conversationalist but also is quiet when its appropriate. Going back tomorrow for my second massage and cant wait. Ive made this my new home away from home. Highly recommend REVOLUTION PHYSIOTHERAPY
