These non-insured services have transparent fee structures ranging from $75 to $190. Emergency Service

Our physicians share on-call duties to address critical health issues that cannot wait until regular business hours. What medical services are not covered by MSP?
Non-insured services include prescription renewals ($25), medical forms ($25-100), driver exams ($100-190), and cosmetic skin treatments ($35-150).
How can I book an appointment?
Use our online booking system for regular visits or call 604-872-2558 between 9:00 AM-5:00 PM for annual exams, pap smears, or urgent scheduling needs.
What are your cancellation policies?
We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Missed appointments incur fees ($40-80) and three no-shows may result in termination of care.
Do you offer after-hours emergency care?
Yes, call our office number to reach the on-call physician for urgent medical issues that cannot wait until regular business hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash or cheques for non-insured services, with cheques made payable to individual physicians as required.
Are new patients currently accepted?
Our practice is not accepting new patients at this time due to capacity constraints while maintaining quality patient care standards.

I have been a patient of Dr Miller's for over 22 years. He is professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and an amazing Dr./ human being. He always takes the time to listen and ask questions. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Yau! He never gives up on you and is always encouraging. He is thorough, extremely knowledgeable and always on time! I love that he gets to the root of the problem, not just surface, he deals with the issues. His MOA Sumin is also extremely efficient and always kind. I am so grateful to be a patient.

I am a new patient with Dr Bregman and found him to be an excellent doctor .I have been fighting cancer and a few other things and have seen many different doctors and he is the only one that seems to take any type of interest on helping me deal with this recomend him all the way

Brought my son here to get a physical and done forms signed for his new school and it was a horrible experience
First there was part of the form parents were supposed to fill out which we didnt realize because we thought the doc went through it with him, so he said I had to come back for another appointment so he could sign the paper, I asked if I could quickly fill it out (it took less than a minute) and get his signature before I left. He said no there was no time and I had to book another appointment in to do it (pretty sure this was just so they could charge bc medical again, they said

I personally have found this practice to be very good. I can usually get an appointment within the next day or two; the doctor is punctual and also has excellent bedside manner and quick to follow up with abnormal test results. I haven't had any issues with reception, the women I speak with have been pleasant and knowledgeable. I feel very lucky to be a patient here!

The receptionists are horrible. Extremely short with you always talking to two people at once. Youre going to be losing the doctors patients. The only good thing about this practice was Doctor Higgins and shes on leave.
