Report
A parent or parents accompany the child to the appointment. No special preparation is required other than that the child is healthy and well-rested. It can be helpful to bring current report cards, samples of work, reports from other professionals (previous testing with a psychologist, medical specialist, speech pathologist or occupational therapist).
