We are located on the Saugeen River, in Southampton, ON on the Lake Huron shoreline of the Bruce peninsula.

The property is waterfront, situated on the picturesque Saugeen River, offering a lovely, scenic view. You'll also be a three minute ride from our famous sandy beaches at Southampton, which offer spectacular sunsets as well as swimming in the clear blue waters of Lake Huron.
The Rosewood House is fully self-contained, featuring three bedrooms (one queensize, four twin beds and a double/single futon bunk), a spare room with a single bed, a four piece bathroom, a large, modern kitchen with dining area, and parking for three (+) cars.All pillows, sheets, and blankets are supplied.

All cottages are completed with a fully equipped kitchen (includes microwave/coffee maker), gas barbeques, Wi-Fi access, as well as cable television with a DVD player. All bathrooms include a shower, blankets and pillows will be provided. Please bring your own towels and sheets (linens provided in the Vacation House only).

Fish love our stretch of the Saugeen. Rosewood draws serious fishermen in like a magnet and we show our appreciation by catering to fishermen's needs as the important customers they are. Check out the services we provide, the kinds of fish you have access to and useful local fishing information. This stretch of the Saugeen River is one of the premier Steelhead - Chinook rivers in Ontario.
