I'm originally from France. I grew up in a large family where I learned the traditional family staples early on from my mother; everything from bread, pt, and sausage, to chocolate cake, and everything in between. Now, I call Canada home. I believe great food comes from the heart and soul, and have a deep appreciation for the common, and daring; a love of the old, new and uncommon.

More stylish than a typical barbecue, OFYR (pronounced oh-fire) is functional artwork that will elevate your next catered event. Unlike a gas or charcoal BBQ, wood is fired in the centre cone, giving off a wonderful heat. No heat is lost in the process but is directly passed to the baking tray where you can enjoy grilling your favourite items.
