I was lucky enough to find Katrina at Dangerous Goods Packing when I was looking for a last minute way to ship my breast milk to Florida. I needed it done in 12 hours and honestly I wasn't feeling hopeful. As soon as I called her she gave me the full low down on exactly what she can do for me and was very transparent with what to expect for pricing. My husband and I quickly headed to their location and she was so helpful and efficient. She provided us with a tracking number and we were on our way. The next day we were flying out to Florida and we were at the airport. We hadn't even gotten on our

I was stuck sending a Dangerous Goods package and had no idea what I was doing. Someone at Air Canada Cargo suggested I call them. They were able to assist me in person right away. They were about 20 minutes from the airport. Katrina, the person working there was unbelievable. She gave me a crash course on how to package my dangerous goods so that they are able to be shipped. She went above and beyond any kind of customer service. I am so appreciative. Thank you!!!
