We are very happy with Richard and Coral Anne's service! Richard was able to accommodate a next day service which was important as I live couple hours away and needed an assessment ASAP. They arrived on time. Super thorough, professional and very honest inspector. Richard gave suggestions on safety and maintenance of the house. We needed an inspection of our property done and called Mr Richard , he was very prompt in returning the call and was very professional, there were some small works needed being new to the country we were not sure how to handle that .
