Enrico, along with his family, has been involved in many aspects of the food business. Enrico came to Canada from Italy in 1959 when he was 24 years old and worked at a lumber Company, but the food industry was what he wanted to specialize in.

Rico's is offering Home-style Hot Lunches for children in the Primary and Elementary Grades that are simple to run, require little from the school administration and at the same time meet the Nutritional Standards in Ontario Schools for Low Fat and Sodium.
