I have had nothing but excellent interaction with service and parts department. I had an issue with my impeller. I phoned Donna on a Tuesday and she was able to source the part and order it for me. I could not get the boat in until the Friday. They had my repair done by Friday afternoon. They also didnt need to replace all of the parts so instead of replacing anyway just because they did the right thing which cost me less. Amazing service and amazing people. I drive 45 minutes each way to have them service my boat. Awesome!!!!!

I spoke to Scott on Friday afternoon. He gave me the best price I could find for a new Karavan boat trailer. They had it ready as promised on Sat. morning. Even wired my new trailer to match my truck. Great guys, great service! Thanks!

Purchased a boat from Scott and couldnt have asked for a better experience! He was very knowledgeable and took the time to go over the whole boat and explained how all the systems worked. Service dept girls also very friendly! Thanks for the great experience Boathouse!

Read all the reviews, see the patterns - this is nothing new. The Boathouse does not have ethical practices. I dont usually give one star reviews (they are often simply angry and/or unreasonable customers) - but - also beware of the five star reviews, because these are often new owners simply excited to have their new toy and they would be equally excited no matter where it came from.
Boathouse was striking out left, right and everywhere with my attempt to buy a boat. They showed no ethics, morality or what most of us would consider common courtesy or decency.

We ordered and bought our new 2020 HewesCraft 180 Sportsman through Scott McBride at the Boathouse in Salmon Arm. In all respects they met or exceeded expectations, price and service included. No sales BS, no gimmicks, just plain nice to do business with. The service department was there too when we needed them. Great business, great people, thanks!
