Once your baby has successfully erupted his or her first tooth it is time to begin a regular routine of scheduled checkups with your pediatric dentist. We are specialists in the treatment and monitoring of pediatric oral health which means that as a parent you can feel that you are getting the most up-to-date information available about your child's dental health.

The need for dental procedures to be performed on the special children in our lives can play stress not only on the child but also on the parent or guardian who accompanies them during the procedure. New sensations, noises and smells can make children with sensory processing disorders resist the dentist.

Our orthodontic offerings include full treatments for adolescents who have lost all of their primary teeth and who can be compliant in caring for teeth and appliances throughout their term of use. We offer full treatments of traditional metal braces as well as clear braces which are more aesthetically pleasing due to their lower visibility profile.

Has your child experienced cavity formation on the crowns of their back teeth, or is there concern about cavity formation due to deep crevices on the crowns of the teeth? If so, your dentist may recommend applying a dental sealant.

Due to the highly variable surface presentation of the molars in the mouth, it can become difficult to avoid decay despite following a regular oral hygiene routine of brushing the teeth twice a day and flossing regularly.This is because cratering on the crowns of the back teeth can be narrow and deep, making it difficult to flush away plaque bacteria and acids between meals without consistently brushing after each meal.
