JONESco Real Estate Inc is an independent family owned company founded by Helen Jones in 1987. She was joined in 2006 by her son and business partner Roger Jones. Over the years, more real estate associates have joined the firm, and the area served has expanded from Greater Victoria (including Sooke and Sidney) to other parts of Vancouver Island.
Services offered include residential and commercial sales and property management. Our commitment continues to be to provide our clients with conscientious, competent service. Property Management services are available to owners of single family homes, individual strata units and small revenue properties.

Helen Jones has been a REALTOR since 1974. In 1992, recognizing the need for a tutor to be available for real estate students, she started tutoring UBC's Pre-Licensing course. The course material is taught thoroughly; each student who completes all the supplementary questions and practice exams that Helen provides is well prepared for the final exam.
