A woman of her word !!!Honest,knowledgeable,outstanding negotiation skills .Everyone should be lucky enough to meet such a professional that conducts business in the manner Annie does .Dont even waste your time looking for any other agent .Annie broke a major record price on the sale of our property and my neighbors in my entire community that really was a game changer for all of us and kept going with exceeding all of our expectations.

Annie is very knowledgeable, professional, reliable and is a great negotiator. She is well known and highly respected in the industry plus she is well connected and she knows how to connect buyers with sellers. She sold our house to the first buyer without even having to list it and it sold for way above what it was to be listed for. It was in fact a record price for our street.
