Our team has benefited from the experience and guidance of Dino Mancini and both of his loving parents, Carmen and Concentina.

With over 50+ years of Cake Crafting and Decorating experience, Dino Mancini has developed a scrumptious variety of fine cakes with all different sponges and creams. These cakes are all made from scratch from the cake itself to the buttercream and cream they are filled with. Pat and Lidio work relentlessly to ensure that our catering uses only the finest of ingredients and is prepared to perfection! Concentina has been cooking since she was 9 years old and has brought over half a century of experience to our kitchen!
