Dangerous and reckless driver. Forcing multiple people out of their lanes and also letting his foot off of the break at a red light and rolling backwards to a point where the car behind him had to honk and back up. He also a right turn from the far right lane and directly cut into the far left lane. Across multiple lanes cutting many cars off and forcing them onto the opposing lane.
