Since July of 2020. I've been trying to contact the company. The cap on the shade broke, and then when I Contacted the company they did not provide help for me to purchase a replacement. quite disappointed with the service of the company.

If you are looking for window coverings, you should check out Sunglow blinds. I've been dealing with Paul C. and he has been so helpful and patient. Paul always returns my calls and he has been so professional even though I changed my order a couple of times. If you are looking for a friendly and reliable person to help you out, ask for Paul, you won't be disappointed.

Very bad service. Stay away! Put an order for shades over 3 months ago with deposit and they promised they would deliver them within 2 weeks. The kept postponing it and we never got it! Unreliable and unprofessional!

100% happy with the way these blinds control the sunlight from my south facing windows! Quality fabric and the minimal aluminum valance looks great!
