At Gear UP! we work with youth employment agencies, like ReStart, to select students who want to build some skills and gain experience as an employee while getting paid to do it. We call these kids our Bike Wizards. Kingston is definitely a cycle-able city, and cycling is safe, healthy and environmentally-friendly.
