Services
Snow Blowing
Report
An experienced professional working on your property using the most reliable, state of the art tractors to avoid large mounds of snow on your boulevard. 12 Hour Policy, Ted's Property Maintenance will clear your driveway within 12 hours upon completion of the snowfall. During larger snowfalls a second visit will be done within 24 hours of the first visit for the city plow.
Lawn Mowing
Report
A: We want to be as efficient as possible and we don't want to ruin our machines or anything left in your yard. The last thing we want is for us to run over animal droppings with a large mower or the favorite toy of your dog. We also owe it to you to not bring in foreign matter into your yard so we ask if you please have all the animal droppings and debris cleaned from your yard for our weekly visit.
Lawn Care Plans
Report
Most lawns require watering 1 to 2 times per week when combined with regular rainfall, and more frequently under drought conditions. Keep in mind that watering too much can cause just as many issues ass not watering enough and can be a contributing factor to your lawn becoming diseased. Early morning is the best time to water your lawn.
Lawn Aeration
Report
Core aeration involves perforating the soil and removing small plugs of soil to allow air, water and nutrients to reach the grass root system. This helps the roots grow deeper to produce a stronger lawn. The need for core aeration comes from the soil compaction after our long harsh Canadian winters.
Grub Control
Report
If you have patches of dead grass that show up in the fall or spring, they are likely caused by grubs. Grub counts from six to ten or more per square foot can damage and kill grass. It is best to repair your grub-damaged lawn in the fall or early spring to restore it to its green glory. Remove dead grass with a rake.
